Role Overview:

We're seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder with a strong background in Fintech to join our founding team. This role isn't just about funding; it's about strategic partnership and driving the growth of Praetium. As a key player in our journey, you'll leverage your digital acumen to shape the company's trajectory and contribute to its long-term success:

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy:

   • Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with Praetium's overall business goals.

   • Create financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.

3. Fundraising Leadership:

   • Lead the fundraising efforts, including securing initial funding and preparing for subsequent venture capital rounds.

   • Clearly articulate fundraising targets and milestones to guide potential investors and team members.

5. Investor Relations:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates on financial performance, milestones, and growth projections.

   • Act as a key liaison between the company and its investors.

7. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

   • Oversee financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

   • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.

9. Budgeting and Cost Management:

   • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

   • Implement cost management strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

11. Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess financial risks, proposing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

13. Strategic Financial Guidance:

    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, influencing decision-making with a focus on long-term sustainability and growth.

15. Financial Reporting:

    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting standards.

17. Team Leadership:

    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

19. Digital Growth Strategy:

    • Leverage digital expertise to contribute to the overall digital growth strategy of Praetium.

    • Collaborate with other executives to shape the company's trajectory in the digital landscape.

21. Strategic Decision Support:

    • Offer insights and support in strategic decision-making, drawing on financial analysis and industry trends.

    • Evaluate investment opportunities and partnerships in alignment with Praetium's objectives.

23. Financial Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to financial compliance requirements and ethical financial practices.

    • Stay informed about relevant changes in financial regulations.
